Sandra KwakCEO, Founder
Executive strategist and systems thinker, Sandra is applying disruptive innovation to create a regenerative future. Before launching 10Power, she scaled AutoGrid from prototype to a global brand, creating automated intelligence out of big data from the smart grid. Prior, as Co-Founder / President / COO of energy efficiency company Powerzoa, she brought building management hardware and software tools to market. Sandra has also served as CEO of a software company producing the world’s first mathematically lossless video codec. She worked at Pacific Gas & Electric implementing the ClimateSmart program and has consulted with clients including Mitsubishi, the Transamerica Holding Company, and The San Francisco Foundation. Sandra has an MBA in Sustainable Business from Presidio Graduate School and a BA in Political Science and Visual Art from Emory University.
Doug’s twenty years’ experience in financial markets includes being a banker, investment banker, financial strategist and institutional investor (sell-side at JPMorgan, buy-side at BlueCrest and Gramercy). Having worked extensively with companies new to capital markets, he helps managers and founders meet their financial needs through better understanding of investor requirements and objectives. He has worked across asset classes including credit and equity, high yield, structured credit, private equity, and distressed, in sectors including utilities, green chemicals, biofuels, consumer finance, consumer products, media & telecom, natural resources, and manufacturing. In addition to working with US-based companies, Doug has lived, worked, and invested, in Emerging Markets, making him familiar with diverse risk and regulatory environments. He is a graduate of Williams College and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Doug is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Dr. Rene Jean JumeauHead of Haitian Strategic Partnerships
Dr. Jean Jumeau was Minister of Energy under the Prime Minister of Haiti 2012-2014. He was in charge of energy security for the Nation. From 2011-2012, he was Secretary of State for Energy at the Haitian Ministry of Public Works, and previously Coordinator of the Energy Sector Management Unit in that same Ministry. He also served as Senior Advisor for matters of Energy to the Minister of Public Works in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and previously as Advisor to the Secretary of State for Energy and Telecommunications. Dr. Jean Jumeau has been a dedicated and thoroughly engaged advocate for renewables in Haiti for over a decade. He is currently Executive Director of the Haitian Institute for Energy (IHE), a nonprofit dedicated to R&D projects, management of energy information, support to companies and institutions, and energy education. Dr. Jean-Jumeau is a member of the Power Engineering Society of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Dr. Rene Jean-Jumeau obtained B.S. in electro-mechanical engineering from the State University of Haiti (Universite d’Etat d’Haiti – UEH). He also holds a Master’s (M.Sc.) and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, both from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.

Rob is a seasoned professional who excels in Business Strategy, Process Improvement, and Marketing. He has extensive experience in Financial Markets, Information Technology, and Sales and Customer Satisfaction. Previously at SolarCity, Rob worked in business development, and helped manage solar projects from start to finish. At 10Power, Rob is helping establish and develop financing for global renewable energy projects in developing communities with a need for dynamic, reliable solutions. Rob graduated with an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio Graduate School. Rob is a father, climber, and nature lover.
Christian TribieHaiti Sales & Operations
Christian has experience in industry and energy project management, sales and business development with construction company Charles Fequiere. He is an active leader in the American Chamber of Commerce Haiti and was the lead organizer of the first Energy Fair in Haiti, sponsored by AmCham. Prior, Christian was a Logistics Coordinator at Project Concern International. Christian holds a Bachelors in International Business and an MBA in Corporate Management from Florida International University.
Fritz is a Haitian energy specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He had over a decade of experience in the energy and engineering sector. Prior to joining the IDB, Fritz was Lead Distribution Infrastructure Engineer at the United Illuminating Company.

Peter is an MIT Physicist with 27 patents In addition to being founder and president of AVI LLC, Peter works intensely on the climate with Citizens’ Climate Lobby on global policies to address climate change; with Repower Capital, Inc. on renewable energy finance; and with RESULTS.org addressing poverty worldwide.
Designed and launched a $250M impact investment program at Autodesk. Led strategy for iTunes ecosystem at Apple, oversaw software projects in $3B education channel. Orchestrated platform development for $100M in investments at Offroad Capital.
