Executive strategist and systems thinker, Sandra is applying disruptive innovation to create a regenerative future. Before launching 10Power, she scaled AutoGrid from prototype to a global brand, creating automated intelligence out of big data from the smart grid. Prior, as Co-Founder / President / COO of energy efficiency company Powerzoa, she brought building management hardware and software tools to market. Sandra has also served as CEO of a software company producing the world’s first mathematically lossless video codec. She worked at Pacific Gas & Electric implementing the ClimateSmart program and has consulted with clients including Mitsubishi, the Transamerica Holding Company, and The San Francisco Foundation. Sandra has an MBA in Sustainable Business from Presidio Graduate School and a BA in Political Science and Visual Art from Emory University.

Daphnee Vertus

Haiti Operations Manager

Daphnee Vertus has an Electromechanical Engineering degree from Faculte Des Sciences, Universite d’Etat d’Haiti.  She worked with NRECA International as an operations and distribution manager where she managed a department of linemen, site construction, and design engineers to distribute energy to customers at Caracol. Prior to NRECA, as Stock manager at TOTAL HAITI for 2 years, she oversaw logistics associated with fuel shipment and storage. She also worked as an independent consultant in Haiti industrial sector and helped micro and small industries and businesses to maximize efficiency and achieve sustainable growth.  CoFounding member of Innitiative Haitienne pour l’environnement et le developpement (non-profit association), Daphnee is remotely managing team activities and social projects. As a concerned Haitian Citizen, her main goal is to have her skills and experience to benefit program/company that contribute to the development of Haiti economically and socially, which is why she is excited to be working with 10Power.

Frantzo Joseph

Frantzo Joseph has an Electrical Degree from Université Quisqueya (UniQ) and a Certificate in Grid Direct Design and Installation System from Solar Energy International (SEI). He is Co-Founder of Initiative Engagée à la Recherche des Valeurs Perdues (INERVAP), a student initiative created in 2009 to promote a more equal society through Education and social development in a remote area of Léogane. He is also Co-Founder of Institution Mixte Etoile de l’INERVAP (IMEI), a secondary school created in 2016 to provide a better Education for the farmer’s students in Citronniers, a remote area of Léogane.

He worked for Haitian Education and Leadership Program (HELP) as Maintenance Engineer. He had a fixed Term Contract at Brasserie Nationale d’Haiti (BRANA) on a specific solar project. He had a Fixed Term Contract at Electro-Mechanical Company (ELMECO) as project Manager. He has the pleasure to work with 10Power.

Environmental Scientist and Principal Consultant at British Standard Institute (BSI) specializing in corporate sustainability and social responsibility projects,  management systems implementation and evaluations,  environmental, health and safety auditing, training, compliance and strategy for numerous industry sectors.  Melita is also known as a business development leader and has operations experience.  She serves or has served on several environmental organizations and artistic company boards.

Cultural influencer, Ms Bell is Co-host of the Television Show Ayiti Parle on Island TV. She is recognized as a Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce 20 under 30 Young Professionals Honoree. She has served as Co-Chair of the Fundraising and Public Relations committee at the Haitian American Professionals Coalition (HAPC) and former Marketing Director of the Haitian American Historical Society. She is also the founder of PouBèlAyiti, an artistic environmental movement and the SEproject, a non-profit organization with the goal of helping young children in Cap-Haitien going to school.

Mr. Williams was selected as one of Time Magazine’s Innovators of the Year for work on refrigeration in emerging markets. Mr. Williams has leveraged technical expertise to attract financing and set the landscape for adoption of renewables. He has been a technical solar advisor for US Department of State, merit reviewer for the US Department of Energy’s SunShot program, technical reviewer for Sandia National Laboratory, solar advisor for USAID’s Private Finance Advisory Network for Asia, and contributor to National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
