Erin Dayl is an independent business consultant dedicated to supporting frontline communities and Tribes across the country in implementing clean energy projects. She works to address systemic challenges that hinder economic development, renewable energy adoption, and regenerative business growth.
Erin has extensive experience in business and organizational development, having worked with the Seneca Nation and its clients on broadband projects, served as the Tribal Business Development Director at Seneca Environmental, and held the role of Organization Business Development Manager at Kit Carson Electric Cooperative. With a background in orchestrating teams and partnerships for unprecedented collaboration, she specializes in designing and managing public-private collaborative processes. Her expertise spans multiple sectors, including sustainable development, impact investing, renewable energy, education, healthcare, and transportation.
For two decades, Erin contributed to sustainable economic development and renewable energy initiatives in New Mexico, including five years at Kit Carson Electric Cooperative. She co-founded Collaborative Green, a sustainability consulting firm focused on regenerative business practices and development strategies. Her career has also included roles at Intel, the Taos Community Foundation, the Taos Green Chamber of Commerce, and other organizations.
Most recently, Erin worked at Seneca Environmental, leading collaborative projects with Native Nations to advance clean energy solutions. She remains deeply committed to working at the intersection of renewable energy, Tribal business development, and social justice.
